Kind of rude staff!

The hotel is clean and excellent. The staff members provide good service and are respectful. The room is neat and cozy, and there is a balcony. The hotel has an excellent location in the Jubail area.

The food was delicious, and the view was exceptional; plus, the service was great. The rooms were modern, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was really impressed. The location is great, right in the center of the city, and there is even a nearby storage area that adds to the convenience. The service provided here is top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were also a pleasant surprise, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The room itself was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The dining options were fantastic, and the buffet breakfast was more than generous. I had a wonderful experience here.

The two complimentary chocolate eggs and the Easter brunch were delightful. Location is convenient for easy access to highways. the spa services were a nice touch for a relaxing getaway.

The pool was a major disappointment. It was dirty and too small for a proper swim.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location near some storage areas which makes it easy to access necessities. the rooms, decorated with modern touches, are spacious and clean. the bathroom is top, notch with strong and hot water in the shower. the staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help you with whatever you need. the breakfast buffet offers a good selection to start your day.

Parking can be challenging at times with limited space.

The hotel offered good airport pick up service and a reasonable price for a solo traveler like me. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Location is convenient to major routes, although not near the sea.

The gym and pool were below average and not well-suited for a longer stay. The gym was small and the pool was more of a bath than a swimming pool.
